RECOMMENDATIONS

 To maintain the energy daily, it agrees to respect some essential rules:

      1) to Drink 1 dl of flat mineral water in the evening home all hours, from the wakening, until the return; either about 1 liter of water per day. In case of oblivion, not to take 2 dl the following hour! To be careful to not to pass 1,5 to 2 liters of liquid per day. For the fruits, the vegetables, and ices, to count the half of the total weight, to have the liquid volume (approximate).

      2) EVER to drink coffee or orange juice the morning on an empty stomach. Even less of COKE! After the dl of water, to drink the juice of a whole lemon.

      3) After the juice of lemon, for the kid - lunch, to take a white cheese beaten to 0% of MG, of about 100g, in which one mixes 2 spoons to coffee of SESAME (previously golden).
