THE CRADLE

THE POLAR STRETCH

The effect relaxing of this technique is remarkable. The fluid crosses the skull of part in part and stimulate the hypophysis. Tensions accumulated along the backbone, the neck and the nape, disappear. This exercise is very delicate and especially, very laborious, because the forearm that exercises traction tenses itself quickly; length middle 1 min..


SWING OF THE STOMACH

Abdominal tension laxity, opening of the Solar, in order to bring the relaxation and the well-being. This exercise is brilliant to fight against the insomnia. The babies are a lot of sausage rolls of it! After some minutes of swing, to remain in position, to permit a total energy exchange.


BRUSHING LEGS

This exercise permits to eliminate the excess of stagnant erratic energy. Very adapted to the circulatory problems, heavy and painful legs. Practiced daily, it permits to eliminate the traces of stress, of fatigue, and neutralize the swelling of the legs.


To PUSH and to STRETCH

     Liberation of the energy to the level of the joints of the feet, mainly of the ankle. This exercise is excellent for Achille's tendon.


PRESSURE HOLLOW PEGS

     By successive pressures around the malléoles intern then external, these movements permit to unblock all or gone of the energies to the level of the basin, genitalia, and the abdominal organs. This exercise is especially recommended to the women whose rules are painful.


ROTATION PEGS

This exercise, in addition to the kindness as regards to the softening of the ankles, frees the last energizing blockages. Punctuating the done upstream work marvelously, the rotations of the ankles stimulate the periphery of the pelvic tray.


STRETCHES of the TOES

Crunch or not, there is not the goal to reach. The done tractions permit to eliminate the vestigial tensions in the feet and the legs. The low of the back also benefits from kindness of this exercise. Attention however, not to do the movement suddenly. The stretch is progressive! CAUTION: This exercise is to proscribe on the patients enduring lumbar pains, or of arthritis to the feet!


PRESSURE of the FIST

The totality of the ball of the foot is massaged by this exercise. The therapeutic effect gotten, being the liberation of tensions on the internal organs. The patient's deep breathing is to counsel briskly. Attention not to push too strong on the painful zones.


The first 9 exercises, represent the basis of the program of the Energizing balancing Polarizing. The chronology of their execution is fundamental. The  following exercises, are exposed to indicative title. They punctuate the different phases of the equilibration.

The set of the hard sitting on average 1 hs 30 at 2 hs, and include a good thirty stances.


PRESSURE on OCCIPUT

Nervous tension freeings. The sought-after soothing effect, is provoked by the current of energy crossing the hypophysis. Very efficient against the migraines, this exercise contributes to the patient's nervous equilibration.


IMMOBILE LINK

Named as " circulation to big current ", this exercise has for objective to re-establish the flux of energy between the low and the top of the body. It must immediately be followed of the movement on the small circulation, between the cSur and the forehead.


ALTERNATIVE STIMULATION

This movement, at the same time as it stimulates the circulation between the elbow and the hand, acts on the internal organs.


STRETCHES of the FINGERS

While giving a suppleness to the fingers of the hand, this movement eliminates the excesses of tensions in the arms.


FOREHEAD - NAVEL LINK
