It tones the abdominal muscles and cures constipation and diarrhea as well as being good for posture and spine.
1) Stand with arms outstretched in front of you, slightly above the chest with your palms facing the ground;
2) Take a deep breath until the lungs are filled with air, the chest expands;
3) Exhale slowly using only the abdominal muscles to expel air from the lungs. As you exhale, lower your arms along your sides and then contracting the abdominal muscles as much as possible without feeling discomfort;
4) Bring your arms to the starting position and start the next inspiration.
Repeat 7 times the full year.
