A) EXERCISE

Calm hands on the knees, inspire slowly and amply.
Keep the breath while contracting the anus and the perineum strongly.
Remain in retention of breath (apnée), as a long time as possible.
During the apnée, to concentrate on the 1st Chakra.
Expire slowly.
Restart 6 times.
